The Global Ideas Bank - the site for ideas to improve society on the web; it currently has details of over 3000 ideas and projects from all over the world. Other features include a rating system, making the whole site democratic, and a 'submit' feature allowing anyone from anywhere in the world to submit their idea to improve the world
