The Trustees of the Foundation are presently:
Neil Almond - Neil Almond has over 12 years experience as a manager and entrepreneur in both the commercial and charity sectors. Having established what became Young Blood International Ltd (a publishing company) at 19, Neil had a successful career in the wine trade which included working as a wine maker in Australia, New Zealand and France, buying for and managing retail outlets for then wine merchants of the year Adnams and establishing Almond Vintners, a wine education company. Neil holds a Diploma of Wine and studied for the Master of Wine. In the commercial arena, Neil worked as a Regional Manager for a world-leading mobile data systems company, where he specialised in development of new territories for the organisation within Europe.
Neil has worked extensively as a facilitator and personal development trainer, developing and leading programmes for Quality of Life Academy and Balance amongst others. He is a trained coach and NLP Practitioner and currently acts as facilitator/ set advisor for Action Learning at the School for Social Entrepreneurs' East London programme. In the charity sector he has run projects for WWF UK, Raleigh International and Action Research. Prior to founding K-Generation and Kikass three years ago, Neil was Executive Director of the HIV prevention charity Engayge. Neil is also a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and was, until recently, also a trustee for Streetwise Youth. He is also author of the book 'So you wanna be rich - the young person's guide to money-making'.

Megan Meredith - Megan Meredith is an Associate Director at the Audit Commission in the UK, responsible for its knowledge and information work and for developing its approach to helping local public sector bodies improve. She has spent 12 years in public sector management, starting off in operational management in the health service, where she managed surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology and learning disability services for acute and community services. She then spent 6 years as a consultant for KPMG, working in the private, public and overseas sectors, specialising in organisational development and performance and change management.
Roxanne Persaud - Following a pilot run by alumni of a New York based organisation (www.seo-ny.org) to provide mentoring and training to ethnic minority students and provide a pathway into Investment Banking, Roxanne was recruited to formally establish and grow Career Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) in London. Between 1997 and 2002, she was director of Blind in Business. Between 1994 and 1997 she was employed by Hackney Youth Workforce. She has an MSc in Voluntary Sector Organisation (London School of Economics, 2000) and a BA (Hons) in Economics.
